Support Coral Guardian and help us restore coral reefs
Coral reefs cover only 0.2% of the oceans, yet they shelter over a quarter of all marine biodiversity and protect 150,000 km of coastline across more than 100 countries. They feed, protect and support the livelihoods of hundreds of millions of people.
And yet, they could disappear by 2050 due to climate change and human pressures.
Without immediate action, we risk losing these natural treasures forever. Since 2012, Coral Guardian has been working to protect and restore these vital ecosystems.
We have developed an innovative approach to protecting and restoring coral ecosystems, built on three pillars:
Every action we take in the field is guided by our values: ethics, collaboration, ambition, authenticity, method and passion.
Your support is crucial for the survival of coral reefs. By donating to Coral Guardian, you directly contribute to restoration projects and the return of marine biodiversity in Indonesia (Flores Sea), Spain (Mediterranean Sea) and Kenya (Indian Ocean).
Every euro helps train and equip local coral gardeners, protect fragile marine areas and raise awareness about conserving these ecosystems.
Over the past 10 years in collaboration with our local partners, we have transplanted more than 94,000 corals, restored nearly three hectares of reefs and contributed to the protection of 152 hectares across three different sites.

In France, when you make a donation to a charitable organisation such as Coral Guardian, you can benefit from an income tax reduction. For individuals: a donation to Coral Guardian entitles you to a tax reduction equivalent to 66% of the donation amount, up to a limit of 20% of your taxable income. For example, if you donate €100, you can deduct €66 from your taxes.
For businesses: donations are eligible for a tax reduction of 60% of the donation amount, capped at €20,000 or 5‰ of annual turnover excluding VAT.
To benefit from this reduction, simply keep the tax receipt that we will send you by email. You will then need to declare this donation on your annual tax return, entering the total amount of donations made in the box dedicated to donations to charitable causes (in France box 7 UF on your tax return, step 3 of the online tax return). This deduction allows you to support important causes while reducing your tax burden.
You can subscribe to our monthly newsletter to receive news about the areas you have supported with your donation.
Adopting a coral directly supports the restoration of coral reefs, starting with a coral fragment.
Making a donation offers broader support, including awareness raising, research and seabed clean-ups.
